The protection of all players is paramount, along with the enjoyment of all. The Skipton Dodgers are working in conjunction with Baseball Softball UK (BSUK) who are the safeguarding lead body for the sport and club.

Our Head of Operations and Arthur's dad; Andrew - is advanced DBS (previously CRB) checked and has passed the MLB.com safeguarding training, facilitated by Baseball Softball UK. Andrew has also played baseball since he was 7 in South Africa and England.

Andrew has previously coached "mini's" in Cricket, Rugby and Football - so is well versed in herding squirrels at a rave to get the most out of them and maximise everyone's enjoyment.
